Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an RN at RiverOaks Health Campus in Princeton, Indiana to lead a care team and deliver high-quality nursing care.

You will oversee medications, care planning, and resident assessments while ensuring compliance with policies and promoting resident and family education; shift differential adds $5/hour for 3rd shift. Eligible to enroll in Thrive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers for medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences.
• Use the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify charge nurse/physician of changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if physician is unavailable.
• Perform admin duties such as completing forms, reports, evaluations and charting.
