Job summary

Henkel is seeking a 2nd shift team member for our Consumer Brands operations in a packaging environment. You will operate equipment on packaging lines, perform changeovers for different products, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records while supporting forklift movements for material handling.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse settings, with the ability to rotate across areas, and basic to intermediate computer and math skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Ability to rotate to different assignment areas as required.
• Previous team-based work experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions.
• Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products.
• Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Operate a forklift to supply materials to packaging lines or move full pallets for shipping.
