Qualifications

• Must have refrigeration/HVAC and electrical experience.
• Must be willing and able to be available as a member of our emergency response team.
• Must have a minimum work history of 12 consecutive months in refrigeration maintenance related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Related refrigeration maintenance certification preferred but not required.
• Must not have more than 4.0 attendance points and must maintain 4.0 or less before transfer.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain refrigeration/HVAC equipment in a safe, compliant manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems as needed.
• Work with scissor lifts, scaffolds, and pallet jacks, following safety guidelines.
• Perform welding, soldering, and component assembly as required.
• Adhere to Tyson Foods policies and procedures at all times.
