Job summary

JBS USA in Kentucky is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain site ammonia refrigeration systems, and perform day-to-day maintenance to equipment.

The role requires the ability to label and tag systems, support plant equipment, and uphold safety with compliance to federal, state, and local regulations. A background check and drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a mechanical knowledge test.
• Strong knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration operation in a food industry.

• Position requires a background check and drug test
• Must be able to learn quickly and make good decisions
• Must be able to work in a team environment and perform a variety of duties
