Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our plant team in Nevada. You will implement quality procedures, monitor packaging and labeling, and support safety and regulatory programs to ensure consistent, safe products.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to follow SOPs/GMPs while collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain quality standards on the production line.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English clearly.
• Basic math including weights/measurements and calculator use.
• Must follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies on the plant floor.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure labeling, packaging, and materials accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the team and document issues.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs and GMPs at the plant level to ensure product quality.
• Monitor product packaging, labeling and identification for accuracy.
• Support safety programs and promote safe work practices.
• Assist in external audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Inspect raw materials and perform routine quality checks on juice tanker operations.
• Help resolve quality issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions.
