Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is seeking a detail-oriented Sorter I to support manufacturing operations on 3rd shift. You will inspect, sort, and prepare parts to ensure only quality products move through production. This is a great fit for those who value accuracy, quality, and teamwork.

The position is Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with occasional overtime. It is an on-site, full-time role in Saegertown, PA with $17.00/hour base plus $0.75/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify defects and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Sort products according to quality standards and specifications.
• Remove and document nonconforming materials.
• Accurately record quantities, defects, and inspection results.
• Assist with labeling, organizing, storing, and preparing materials for shipment or production.
• Support production and quality goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and 5S standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently.
