Phillips Staffing is seeking a 3rdShift Packer/Inspector in Piedmont, SC to perform quality inspections while packing finished goods in the Production Department. The role requires standing for a 12-hour shift (7 PM – 7 AM), attention to detail, and safe operation of packing processes.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, communicating problems, maintaining accurate paperwork, and ensuring proper palletization.

Formación

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to distinguish subtle differences between similar parts.
• Must be able to read and write proficiently to complete required reports.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift while performing the above outlined duties.
• Ability to climb, twist, bend and extend arms forward.
• Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Performs quality specification inspections while packing finished goods.
• Keeps work area clean and neat, and follows safety rules.
• Alerts supervisor to unsafe conditions.
• Communicates product or machine issues with team.
• Performs visual inspection for defects on finished goods.
• Packs products and uses Wraplicator as needed.
• Records paperwork and pallet counts accurately.
• Assists other production personnel as required.
