Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is hiring an Inspector/Auditor I for the 3rd shift in Depew, NY. The role focuses on inspection accuracy, record-keeping, and lot traceability with a responsibility for maintaining calibration and documentation.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of inspection/audit experience, plus skills in reading drawings and using inspection equipment. The shift runs 11:15 PM to 7:15 AM.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of inspection/audit experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in order of operations.
• Experience with inspection measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, record, and maintain records of product inspection and material verification for purchased and PCB produced products.
• Generate, update, and maintain quality control documentation and certificates.
• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment.
• Assist with audits of Machinists following internal processes.
• Use a microscope to determine or validate small features on a product.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to internal departments and customers.
