Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are food safe and quality ready for customers.
• Monitor and conduct routine Quality & Food Safety checks; log results.
• Level I–III QA tasks across Bakery lines; manage multiple lines.
• Inspect packaging, labels, date codes, shelf life; test ingredients.
• Daily instrument testing and calibration of equipment.
• Pull retains for Shelf Life and other analysis programs.
• 90% quality floor testing; 10% office paperwork.
• Levels II/III trained to provide shift reports and internal updates.
