Snelling Staffing DFW is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for the 3rd shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on ensuring accurate completion of client projects within the production process, with emphasis on detecting variances in printed output and adhering to client specifications.

The position requires knowledge of Direct Mail, ISO 9001 documentation, and HIPAA considerations, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school education completed with 6–12 months in a quality-oriented production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and understanding of quality processes and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience or exposure to Direct Mail, HIPAA considerations, and postal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate job specifications and printed/insered output per QC standards.
• Set up initial job jackets for 150–250 daily projects.
• Perform ongoing quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure orders are logged and paperwork is complete and traceable.
• Oversee insert tracking and produce daily production reports.
• Identify issues in client specs and escalate for resolution.
