Dollar Tree is hiring a QC Clerk for the 3rd shift in California. The role runs Friday–Monday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime as needed. Base pay is $22.50/hour plus a $1.50/hour differential.

Primary duties include auditing distribution processes, preparing formal reports, and recommending improvements. Candidates should be able to operate a stock picker, handle tedious tasks, and work independently.

Qualificações

• Manhattan knowledge (preferred).
• Must be willing to drive stock picker.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Good mathematical abilities.
• Must be tolerant to tedious tasks.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Audit processes within distribution (cycle counting, dock checks, primary counting, etc.).
• Audit procedures within the distribution (receiving, replenishment, order selection, shipping, etc.).
• Accurately complete formal reports on findings.
• Make recommendations for process improvement.
• Reduce offline- by making pickface change out moves.
• Assist with flow rack replenishments.
• Must be able to perform all functions of the job.
• No issues with heights.
• Flexible and willing to do other related GWA tasks as needed.
