Job summary

Dollar Tree Distribution INC is seeking a Department Manager for our California distribution center. The role oversees departmental operations and 20 associates, ensuring safe, efficient daily warehouse activities in alignment with company policies.

The position runs on a 3rd shift (Thu-Sun) from 5am to 3:30pm with a salary range of $70K–$78K. You will coordinate Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping and Equipment, while leading and coaching supervisors to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in distribution center management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures.
• Proven leadership, administrative and communication skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret information and implement proactive solutions.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience managing multiple warehouse departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee departmental operations within the Distribution Center, including up to 20 associates across Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping and Equipment.
• Lead, coach and support supervisors and associates to meet safety, sanitation, quality and operational standards.
