Job summary

Henkel is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for our Consumer Brands operations in West Hazleton, PA. The role involves analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods following established SOPs.

You will perform batch analysis, calibrate lab equipment, and verify critical manufacturing systems. The position requires 1–2 years in a manufacturing or laboratory setting, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work the 3rd shift (10:30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Weekend overtime and rotating assignment areas.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic math skills.
• 3rd shift: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and microbiological testing of materials, batches, and finished goods using SOPs.
• Analyze completed production batches and adjust batches as needed.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
• Verify critical manufacturing equipment.
• Sample inputs and water/air quality for testing; document results.
