Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector for a 90-day assignment in Reynolds, IN. You will inspect materials, the production line, and the warehouse, recording findings and reporting issues to supervisors to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include tracing root causes, supporting continuous improvement, following policies, and adapting to overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; work independently.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Able to collect information, spot problems, and draw conclusions.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Pareto charts or root cause analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production and before shipment to ensure specifications.
• Check that ingredients and materials are free from contamination.
• Record and file inspection results daily; keep system records up to date.
• Report quality issues to supervisors and management immediately.
• Suggest improvements to quality, testing, and processes; help identify root causes.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to support continuous improvement.
• Assist the Quality Manager with special projects.
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
