Oldcastle Infrastructure in Lebanon, TN is hiring for a non-exempt manufacturing role within our plant. You will work on a rotating day shift producing precast concrete products with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include demolding, preparing steel molds, basic carpentry, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Mansioni

• De-mold and clean concrete forms and products.

Job Summary

We build precast concrete products year-round inside our plant at 5900 East Division Street, Lebanon, TN. Employees will work a rotating day shift with 15 free days a month and overtime. The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• De-mold and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
