Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a non-exempt manufacturing associate for our Lebanon, TN plant. You will work on a rotating day shift performing de-molding, mold prep, basic carpentry, and general housekeeping to support high-quality precast concrete production.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. We value teamwork and offer competitive pay plus benefits.

Job Summary

We build precast concrete products year-round inside our plant at 5900 East Division Street, Lebanon, TN. Employees will work a rotating day shift with 15 free days a month and overtime. The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• De-mold and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
