Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician II at the Spartanburg, SC site to maintain and monitor production equipment and improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. The role operates on a 3rd shift with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The candidate will apply manufacturing knowledge to improve processes, work with Maintenance and Quality teams, and support TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives at a state-of-the-art facility in Moore, SC.

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc) required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to learn, train, and support MES/WES responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class performance across the balanced scorecard.
• Safety: promote safe behaviors and participate in safety training and audits.
• Quality: uphold quality control, Safe Quality Food, and regulatory requirements.
• Production: support continuous improvement to improve material flow and equipment efficiency.
• Mentor TPM processes and participate in Kaizen activities.
