Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of lead experience required.
• 2+ years in an industrial environment.
• Ability to speak English and/or Spanish proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of hourly manufacturing associates.
• Set up production lines per customer orders and ensure parts meet specs.
• Ensure parts and quantities align with the production schedule.
• Communicate safety, quality, and production issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate housekeeping in the area.
• Provide training to new associates and document training.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve shift delays.
• Work with leaders to address inefficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
