We design, manufacture, and deliver cutting-edge interconnect technologies powering solar installations worldwide.

As a Production Operator, you will start and run equipment, monitor quality, feed materials, record production data, and work safely on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 10+ hours.
• Must read operation standards and complete daily reports.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Ability to measure and count.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation.
• Operate/monitor equipment to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Feed raw materials into a machine following standardized work procedures.
• Communicate with team to ensure continuous production of correct product at high quality with minimal waste and downtime.
• Accurately completing production reports and providing data to floor leadership.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Duties:

• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation of equipment.
• Operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Feeding raw materials into a machine and following a standardized work procedure to create a product.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Accurately completing production reports and providing data to floor leadership.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to run a machine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to measure.
• Ability to count.
• Must be able to read operation standards and complete various daily reports, i.e. quality, production.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (depending on department)
• Repetitive motion in all departments.
• Standing 10+ hours a day (sometimes standing in one spot for 10+ hrs.)
• Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching above head.

Experience/Education

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10+ hours a night..
• Must be able to lift up to 25-50 Ibs at a time.
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks
• Specific vision abilities required includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment.
