Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5 years in manufacturing or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a production team on 3rd shift; ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.
• Identify and solve equipment or personnel issues; implement improvements.
• Train and evaluate associates; administer performance feedback.
• Maintain SAP timekeeping and stock/reorder processes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse to meet schedules.
• Ensure housekeeping and shift turnover are conducted to standard.
