Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with ability to manage conflict resolution.
• Union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production team members and directs daily activities.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Plans production operations and schedules to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Provides coaching and training to develop a qualified, quality-focused workforce.
