Job summary

Jackson’s Food Company seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:00pm – 6:30am) to lead the production line from the potato room through packaging, ensuring daily goals, safety standards, and KPIs are met. Sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities include coaching leads and operators, managing staffing, enforcing GMPs and food safety, and maintaining audit-ready records and documentation to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in food manufacturing, supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams, setting expectations and accountability.
• Strong GMP and audit readiness knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams from planning to execution across shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets are met.
• Coach and develop Leads, operators, and technicians.
• Maintain audit-ready environment and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production Manager on issues.
