As a Fry Room Technician at Jackson’s Food Company, your primary responsibility is to produce high‑quality, food‑safe products that meet company specifications. You will follow the guidelines of our SQF program, conduct internal quality checks, provide training to team members, monitor batch production per kettle, maintain equipment operations, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately in accordance with our SQF program.
Requires ability to stand, walk, and use hands more than two‑thirds of the time; lift or push/pull up to 50 pounds less than one‑third of the time; perform stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed. Vision, color, peripheral, and depth perception requirements apply in a manufacturing setting. Work environment may involve moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, high or precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, electrical shock risk, vibration, and moderate to loud noise.
