Job summary

Fuchs Lubricants Co. seeks a Production Supervisor for the Harvey South Plant on the 3rd shift. You will oversee daily batch production, schedules, and reports to the Plant Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

You will supervise 8–12 employees, drive training, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance, process engineers, and QA to meet production goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical/business degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in batch manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly South Plant activities on 3rd shift.
• Monitor performance against Plant Manager goals and ensure safety & environmental compliance.
• Lead training for Production Leads and Operators, including safety and job skills.
• Oversee SAP movements, batch progress, and housekeeping/5S standards.
• Coordinate production orders and communicate with maintenance and QA teams.
