FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. This position is for 3rd shift with hours from 10 pm - 6:30 am.

Your Responsibilities:

The South Plant Production Operator performs all essential duties with particular emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. Some of the key functions include but are not limited to:

• Performs work in accordance with the production schedule provided by inventory planning.
• Informs supervisors of any significant problems, issues or concerns.
• Completes production records and inventory transactions.
• Updates process documentation (batch sheets) as work processes are completed.
• Updates raw material inventory using computer software (SAP).
• Follows established production procedures and instructions.
• Follows quality and safety standards.
• Cleans, secures, and maintains work areas.
• Performs shipping and receiving functions in the South Plant

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Technician experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to read and performs manufacturing work instructions.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Maintains a strongattention to detail and accuracy when performingall aspects of the job
• Solid troubleshootingand decision-making skills
• Ability to perform basiccomputer functions
• Strong mechanical ability
• Computer skills suchas SAP knowledge and Microsoft Office a plus
