Job summary

Fuchs Lubricants Co. seeks a Production Supervisor for the Harvey South Plant on the 3rd shift to lead daily operations, scheduling, and reporting to the Plant Manager. You will ensure safety, environmental, and quality goals are met using best practices, while supervising leads and operators.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and laboratories to resolve issues, auditing processes, and driving efficient batch production to meet schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience in batch manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily to monthly activities of the Harvey South Plant on 3rd shift.
• Monitor performance against Plant Manager goals.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
• Audit SAP movements and manage batch progress with labs.
