Job summary

Enable Injections is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee the daily production activities in a clean room environment. The role requires directing a team of assembly technicians, ensuring timely completion of SAP entries, and maintaining strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs and FDA regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years of production experience in a manufacturing clean room environment required.
• Two+ years of large (10+) team production leadership in a high-speed environment required.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production paperwork in real time and complete SAP transactions.
• Plan schedules, direct employees, and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure production of medical devices complies with SOPs, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate production documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of assembly technicians.
• Monitor equipment and scrap, escalating issues as needed.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods in SAP; ensure accurate accounting.
