Job summary

TekniPlex is hiring a supervisor-3rd Shift for our South Madison, WI facility. This role directs shift team members, oversees health & safety, maintenance, and supports engineering with a focus on continuous improvement, project management, and Lean MOS implementation and sustainment.

A successful candidate will apply Servant Leadership to lead production from raw material to finished product, analyze data for trends and ensure quality procedures are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisor role within manufacturing.
• Experience in printing, extrusion, injection molding is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ERP knowledge and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (PDCA, root cause analysis).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 20 production employees and manage timecards.
• Plan, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain plant safety, quality, and KPI reporting on shift.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, product management and customer support.
• Lead lean training and development; participate in Plant Safety Team; drive improvements.
