Qualifications

• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and execute production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Identify and address safety issues.
• Accident investigation and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure staff is properly trained.
• Continuously seek improvements and eliminate waste.
• Address quality issues and ensure product meets standards.
• Understand 5s system and train others in this area.
• Identify production issues with suggestions for resolution.
