Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Spokane. You will lead production teams, ensure safety, maintain quality, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires mechanical knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on supervision of material handling and tooling. This on-site position offers growth within a dynamic materials company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience supervising assembly line and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assembly line workers and production staff to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other production equipment.
• Inspect machinery and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety, and tool use.
• Maintain production records and report performance metrics to management.
• Enforce safety policies and promote safety awareness across shifts.
