Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associates/bachelor preferred), 2+ years of supervision in manufacturing, and experience with SAP and Kronos; military or Process Safety Management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment; supervision/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and KRONOS preferred.
• Military experience preferred.
• Process Safety Management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift, including overtime, to support 24/7 operations.
• Prior Winchester experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment through education and training personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing production performance records for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and train employees accordingly.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to control product and process improvements.
• Administer employee recognition, coaching, and disciplinary actions; enforce policies and procedures.
