Job summary

NPR of America, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for our Bardstown, KY facility. You will oversee production/warehouse operations and coach a team to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with Lean manufacturing (TPS/TPM preferred), and the ability to manage attendance, schedules, and safety and quality practices. We offer benefits, 401k matching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related manufacturing supervisory position.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing in a Tier I environment (TPS/ TPM) preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to lead people with respect and achieve results through positive relationships.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and support team members in production/warehouse to meet demand.
• Coach, counsel and develop team members.
• Maintain time and attendance, lead performance management.
• Review department schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead plant production initiatives and strategy.
• Ensure SWI and P&P with focus on safety & quality practices.
• Operate within budget and contribute to overhead reduction.
