Job summary

NPR OF AMERICA, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Bardstown, KY to lead daily production operations, coach and develop the team, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

You will monitor production schedules, manage inventory, and partner with maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding ISO and OSHA standards. In this five‑day schedule (Sun–Thu 11:00 PM–7:10 AM), you will review timecards, coordinate staffing for coverage, lead shift start‑up meetings, participate in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing production supervisory experience.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and inventory activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.
• Inspect equipment, machinery, and work areas for compliance with safety and quality standards.
