Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or 1-2 years cylinder processor lead.
• Production or distribution experience in industrial gas or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes.
• Familiarity with FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA regulatory agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer interaction.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft applications; capable of prioritizing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet demand and monitor stocks.
• Maintain facility appearance, image, security, training, and employee development; supervise fairly.
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day employee activities; conduct investigations and complete reports.
• Support efficient distribution and maintain professional interactions with customers.
• Respond to emergencies; conduct monthly safety meetings; assist with SOPs and asset usage monitoring.
