Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or 1–2 years cylinder processor‑lead experience preferred.
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes.
• Familiarity with FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand and manage stock levels.
• Maintain facility appearance, image, and security while training staff and supporting career development.
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day employee activities; conduct accident investigations and generate reports.
• Support product distribution with professional interactions with customers.
• Respond to emergencies, hold monthly safety meetings, and assist with SOP implementation.
