Manage and oversee 30-80 employees in a team-based automated assembly/stamping environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop work instructions, train employees on processes, and supervise daily operations.
2. Monitor and report daily production activities regarding SPC.
3. Identify, develop, and implement strategies to achieve production targets related to SQDCM.
4. Lead daily production meetings to communicate goals and provide team performance feedback.
5. Evaluate employee performance and implement development strategies.
6. Provide employee development through training, coaching, counseling, and performance measurement.
7. Participate in Layered Process Audit schedule.
8. Participate in ISO/TS 16949 Audit schedule (for certified internal auditors).
9. Assist in answering questions and providing information for audits related to ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer standards.
10. Perform other related activities within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Education

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent supervisor experience in the same process with at least 4 years of exempt status.
• Strong experience with SQCDM and SPC measurables.

Work Experience

• 5–15 years of experience in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work third shift.
