Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a team of 20–25 hourly Associates. You will oversee daily production, enforce safety protocols, and monitor absenteeism while driving performance toward production goals.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though experience in supervision within a high‑speed manufacturing environment can substitute. Proficiency with Google or Microsoft apps is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of education.
• 3+ years in Production or Maintenance supervision in high‑speed manufacturing.
• Experience with Google or Microsoft applications.
