Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a team of 20–25 hourly Associates. You will oversee daily production, enforce safety protocols, and monitor absenteeism while driving performance toward production goals.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though experience in supervision within a high‑speed manufacturing environment can substitute. Proficiency with Google or Microsoft apps is expected.

• 3+ years in Production or Maintenance supervision in high‑speed manufacturing.
• Experience with Google or Microsoft applications.

** Position is 3rd Shift: Sunday, 9:30PM - Friday, 6:30AM **

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 3rd Shift

You will supervise approximately 20 - 25 hourly Associates

On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates

You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have

You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company

Experience with Google or Microsoft applications
