Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for its Burlington, WI facility. This role leads a team of 20-30 employees to meet safety, quality, and production targets on a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include driving engagement, coaching, and cross-training to build workforce flexibility, while partnering with maintenance and quality teams to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, military, or operations environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, or similar operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-30 production employees to achieve safety, quality, and performance objectives.
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and cross-training to ensure operational flexibility and workforce capability.
• Coordinate shift activities, communicate production priorities, and ensure smooth shift-to-shift handoffs.
