Job summary

Doumak, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Elk Grove Village plant on the 3rd shift. You will lead daily production operations, coordinate schedules in IFS, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Union context and GMP/OSHA compliance are important parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum supervisory experience in confectionery, food or pharmaceutical industries.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Mechanical knowledge with high-speed packaging equipment is preferred.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign tasks using the ERP system.
• Supervise and train staff; enforce GMP and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure proper start-up and shut-down procedures and manage material flow.
