The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of manufacturing supervision, strong teamwork, and experience applying continuous improvement methods. The role emphasizes coaching and direct leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years supervising in manufacturing.
• Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and people objectives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; proven coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to meet customer demand as set by the level plan.
• Drive improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives for the department.
• Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools into daily operations.
• Direct, develop, support, and assess the team members as their people leader.
• Complete daily time & attendance records in UKG for direct reports.
