Job Details

Must have experience working in a food manufacturing environment! The facility is located in Dickson, TN, and the position involves working a 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating maintenance on all production and facility equipment, emphasizing equipment uptime, and resolving quality and production issues through electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years or more as a Supervisor
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing
• Background in bakery is a huge plus!
• Proven ability to effectively manage a shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends, including Sundays
• Proven leadership skills to manage 10-15 Associates
