Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Production Worker to efficiently and safely prepare and process raw material for cooking, cutting, or packaging finished product for shipment. The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, and USDA guidelines, and requires precise recordkeeping and safety discipline.

The 3rd shift runs Friday through Sunday, 5am–5pm, with duties including packaging, labeling, and daily operational support to ensure on-time product delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of one or two step instructions and ability to handle standard situations with minimal variables.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve goals.
• Ensure products conform to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; follow GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, and USDA guidelines.
• Operate and monitor packaging and material handling equipment as directed.
• Complete paperwork and attend department and company meetings.
