Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to prepare and process raw material, and package finished product for shipment. The role requires following a production schedule, maintaining quality, and operating packaging equipment on the 2nd shift.

You will keep a clean, safe work area, follow GMP, HACCP, and SSOP procedures, and complete all paperwork accurately. This position offers benefits and opportunities within a growing meat snack company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow one- or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of management and employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule to achieve specified goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Operate tape/ shrink wrap machines and pallet jacks as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and attend department meetings.
