Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks including lockout/tagout.
• Inspect trays, blades, and equipment readiness.
• Retrieve materials and batch cards from pre-mix area.
• Heat mill rolls and load materials per batch card.
• Grind and band material to ensure quality.
• Monitor roll speed, temp, and band formation.
• Strip material from mill with pneumatic blades.
• Prepare material for transfer to next stage.
• Report issues to supervision or maintenance.
