Job summary

Multimatic BUTLER in Butler, Indiana, is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM). The role involves assembling, loading, and moving materials across the line while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training. Training on machinery operation and material handling will be provided as part of orientation, with opportunities for growth in a high-tech automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Ability to safely and effectively operate machinery and material handling equipment within orientation period

Responsibilities

• Assemble and load materials, WIP and finished goods while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Operates machines, performs setup and changeovers and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist other material handlers with production tasks and rework products when required.
• Attend future training and participate in continuous improvement activities.
