Multimatic Butler is expanding and seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) at the Butler, Indiana facility. The role involves assembling and loading materials, operating and setting up machinery, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate machinery and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and loads materials, work in process and finished goods while ensuring quality.
• Performs machine operation, setup and changeover.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and follows policies.
