Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable standing and walking up to 12 hour shifts.
• Willingness to bend, reach, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (presses, extrusion lines, and other machinery).
• Load materials and handle finished parts.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards.
• Trim, finish, label, and pack products as required.
• Perform visual and/or measured inspections using basic tools.
• Complete production and inspection paperwork.
• Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance as trained.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (5S mindset).
