Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Operator 1 (Creek) for full-time production in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports the Production Supervisor by completing assigned duties before the end of each shift and by signing off on safety commitments.

Responsibilities include keeping machines clean, managing carton/film usage, communicating code changes to packers, and coordinating with inspectors and mechanics to ensure smooth line operation. Must follow GMPs and PPE rules and be capable of lifting up to 60-75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines clean and in good running condition.
• Keep cartons/film loaded correctly during production.
• Communicate new code to packers and inspectors.
• Change codes on printer and verify code accuracy.
• Notify mechanic of machine problems and assist with end-of-shift cleanup.
• Complete required paperwork and monitor line processing.
