In this position you will perform production and assembly tasks, inspect products, move materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily goals. English proficiency and overtime willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including warm temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as production demands require.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks following established work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while working independently or with a team.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
